Select a logo (logo dimension in jpg. 64 x 64). This will appear on invoices and reports.
Enter the company name.
Input the complete company address.
This option allows you to configure your internet settings for sending emails such as reservation confirmations, invoices, etc. You need to enter the SMTP server address, the port used, as well as your login credentials. These settings ensure secure and efficient communication between your email application and the sending server. They are provided by your IT technician.
Number of rows and columns in the PDV: This option allows you to modify the menu in the main window. Currently, the menu has 8 rows and 5 columns, but if you have fewer categories and products, you can adjust it according to your preferences.
Time format: This option allows you to select the time format used in the booking module.
First Day of the week: This option allows you to select the starting day of the week in your booking calendar, either Sunday or Monday.
Print format: This option allows you to select your print format, either letter size (81/2 x 11) or coupon size.
Message at the end of each printout: This option allows you to enter a message that will appear at the bottom of the invoice.
Color of the reservation: This option allows you to choose the visual color for reservations based on resources (employes) or services.
Gift Card Numbers: This option allows you to choose whether you prefer the card numbers to be generated automatically by the system or entered manually during card creation.
Quantity: This option determines whether quantities are whole numbers or decimals.
Option to send invoice by email: This option allows you to display the window for sending the invoice via email.
Automatic logout after each transaction: This option allows you to return to the home screen after each completed transaction.
Membership number: This option allows you to choose whether the member number is generated automatically by the system or entered manually.
#GL for Global Discounts: This option allows you to enter the GL number. You need to refer to Quickbookds to obtain this number, as it will be used when transferring the general ledger journal to the Quickbooks software.
Possibility to add variants to products: This option is used for the store feature, it will allow adding sizes and colors to products.
Start and End Shrinkage: This option allows you to adjust the closing hours when they extend into the following day. For example, if the closing time is 2 AM and the opening time is 8 AM, instead of displaying gray hours in the calendar, you can select the start and end of the shrinking period, which will show only the opening hours.
Shortcut for the OK button in the POS: This option allows you to select a product that will serve as the default when you enter an amount directly on the central keypad and press the OK button. This way, you won’t need to use the menu buttons.
