Services
This function allows you to create your services for the reservation module.
Please note that it is not possible to delete a product; you must deactivate it.
Select the 3 lines on the left.
Select Product Maintenance.
Select Services.
Select "Add."
Select an Image (32x32 dimension).
Enter the SKU (product number).
Enter the service description.
Select the category.
Select the tax group.
Enter the service price.
Enter the service duration.
Choose a color.
Sélect Active
Activate the "Available in Online Reservation (Individual)" option so that the service is accessible on the online booking platform.
Select "Save."
Use Limited Number of Clients: This option allows you to specify the number of people for a service, e.g., couple's massage, 2 clients.
Activate the option.
Enter the number for this service.
How to modify a service?
Select your service from the list.
Make your modifications.
Select the "Save" button.
Importing Products
This option allows you to import your products into your inventory.
Select the "Import" button.
Select the "Template" button to ensure your Excel file is in the correct format for import.
Once your file is in order, select the "Continue" button and follow the steps. Your products will be added to the end of your inventory.
Exporting Products
This option allows you to export your inventory to an Excel file, which will be downloaded to your hard drive downloads folder.
