Categories

This function allows you to create categories that will compartmentalize products in your shop and reservation section.

How to create a category?

• Select the three lines at the top left.

• Select "Settings."

• Select "Products."

• Select "Category."

• Select the Add button.

• You can select an image.

• Enter an ID number; this number will determine the product IDs associated with this category.

• Enter the category description.

• For QuickBooks integration, please enter the GL number; refer to QuickBooks.

• Select "Save."

How to modify a category?

• Select the category.

• Make your changes to either the description or add the GL #.

• Select 'Save'.

*** Please note that it is not possible to delete a category. If needed, you must reassign products to another category and set the category to 'Inactive'.
