Categories
This function allows you to create categories that will compartmentalize products in your shop and reservation section.
How to create a category?
Select the three lines at the top left.
Select "Settings."
Select "Products."
Select "Category."
Select the Add button.
You can select an image.
Enter an ID number; this number will determine the product IDs associated with this category.
Enter the category description.
For QuickBooks integration, please enter the GL number; refer to QuickBooks.
Select "Save."
How to modify a category?
Select the category.
Make your changes to either the description or add the GL #.
Select 'Save'.
*** Please note that it is not possible to delete a category. If needed, you must reassign products to another category and set the category to 'Inactive'.
