Payment Types

This function allows you to create payment methods.

How to create a payment method?

• Select the three lines at the top left.

• Select Settings.

• Select Payment Types.

• Select the Add button.

• Choose a logo (to be used with quick buttons).

• Select the type, such as credit card, cash, etc. Note that if you use a payment terminal, you must select it from the available options so the amount can be transferred to the terminal.

• Enter the payment method description.

• For QuickBooks integration, please enter the GL number; refer to QuickBooks.

• Select Active.

Display text on quick buttons: This option displays the payment method name along with its image on the quick button.

Position: This option allows you to define where the payment method appears on the home screen or in the Quick Button. Positions 1 to 6 correspond to the quick buttons located in the main window.

How to create cash payments? This option adds quick buttons for cash payments, visible in the central part of the main menu.

• Select the "Add" button.

• Enter the description.

• Enter the amount.

• Select Active.

• Choose the position.

• Select the "Save" button.
