Resource Type
This function allows you to create employee departments for the reservation section.
Select the Add button.
Enter the department name, e.g., Massage Therapists.
Select "Save."
Resources
This function allows you to create employees who will be visible for the reservation section.
Select the Add button.
Select the resource's photo; it will appear in the online reservation under the Resource section.
Select the Resource Type.
Enter the employee's name (resource).
Select "Linked to a User"; this function will allow the resource to connect to the POS to check their schedule. It must be configured in the user section with the permission "Reservation only."
Enter the seniority of the resource, with 1 being the most senior.
Select "Active."
Choose a color.
Activate the "Available in Online Reservation (Simple)" option so that the resource is accessible on the online booking platform.
Select "Save."
Assignment of services
The assignment of services involves allocating specific tasks to employees or teams based on their skills and availability. This helps optimize resource management and ensures efficient and timely service. Proper assignment also contributes to improving customer satisfaction by ensuring that each request is handled by the appropriate staff.
