Two options are available for transaction payments: either through quick buttons, where the amount must exactly match the invoice, especially for credit cards, or through the "Quick Checkout" button for multiple payments (more than one payment method).
The software is compatible with several payment terminal companies. Please ask your representative which company and model are compatible with Premicesoft-Cloud.
How to pay a transaction using quick buttons (credit card)?
During payment
Select the payment method (MasterCard, Visa, or Debit).
The invoice will print, and the cash drawer will open
How to pay a transaction using quick buttons (cash)?
For cash payment:
If the amount is exact, select "Cash".
If the customer's cash is higher than the invoice, you have two options: using the quick cash buttons or using the numeric keypad.
1st choice - Quick cash button:
If the invoice is $15.00 and the customer gives you $20.00,
Click on the $20 button.
The invoice will be automatically issued.
2nd choice - Using the numeric keypad:
Enter the amount on the numeric keypad.
Select "Cash" or "Cash", e.g., if the invoice amount is $22.50 and the customer gives you $25.00, enter $25.00 on the numeric keypad and select "Cash".
The invoice will be automatically issued.
How to pay a transaction with multiple payments?
During payment:
Select "Quick Checkout".
Select the first payment method.
Enter the payment amount, then select "Enter".
Select the second payment method.
Enter the payment amount, then select "Enter".
The invoice will print, and the cash drawer will open.
Select "Exit".
