Refund

This function allows you to refund a customer and return the item to inventory.

• Select the customer (optional)

• Select the department

• Select the item to refund Choose the item on the left (part of the invoice), it will turn blue

• Select the "Modify" button

• On the numeric keypad, press the - button and adjust the quantity

Please answer the question to return the item to inventory.

• You can add other items to complete the transaction.

• Select the payment method either through Quick Cashier or through the quick payment buttons.
